Continental Properties is seeking a Service Technician for the Springs at Port Charlotte in Port Charlotte, FL. The role focuses on exceptional resident service, property upkeep, and responsive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and more.

You will work full-time, report to the Service Supervisor, and engage daily with smart tech to manage work orders and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in maintenance or related trade.
• Willing to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional resident experience and maintain curb appeal with professional service.
• Handle day-to-day maintenance and community operations, including tracking work orders with software/tools.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and related systems.
