Job summary

Continental Properties in Estero, FL is looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our residential community team at Springs at Gulf Coast. You will handle maintenance, resident requests, and ensure high standards of appearance and safety while reporting to the Service Supervisor.

The role requires hands-on skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair, plus a customer-service mindset and willingness to work flexible hours to keep the community running smoothly and

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a similar setting.
• Comfort with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot smart building tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional resident experience and maintain curb appeal.
• Be a team player and willing to do any task to keep the community looking great.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance needs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring.
• Perform grounds upkeep, pressure washing, painting, trash removal, and snow removal where applicable.
• Use software and mobile apps to manage and complete work orders.
