Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to maintain and repair residential properties in the Atlanta area. You will ensure safety, perform routine maintenance, and resolve service requests while delivering excellent resident service.

We value team collaboration, reliability, and a proactive approach to upkeep and safety. Growth opportunities exist within our expanding portfolio and internal training support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Property Management
• High School Diploma or GED required
• HVAC and EPA certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Must provide own tools where applicable

Responsibilities

• Be aware of property conditions and correct unsafe conditions immediately
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs as directed
• Complete service requests within 24 hours
• Interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management
• Maintain leasing office and all recreational and common areas
