Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Service Technician for their Springs at Live Oak community in Live Oak, TX. You will address resident service needs and help maintain facility operations, reporting to the Service Supervisor.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades, with a focus on exceptional resident experience and proactive problem solving. This is a Full-Time, on-site position with competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance) and comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across several systems to keep the community running smoothly.
• Maintain property appearance and safety, including grounds upkeep and snow removal where applicable.
• Use work-order software and mobile apps to track tasks and update residents.
