Job summary

RegO, located at our Conover, North Carolina manufacturing facility, is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 PM to 4:00 PM and overtime as needed to meet production demands.

The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, analyze equipment problems, and support maintenance projects under supervision. Five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing and strong blueprint-reading/communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of skilled trades and equipment used in manufacturing.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plan corrective actions.
Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment at scheduled intervals.
Make corrections and adjustments to maintain production and quality.
Coordinate equipment changes to meet SKU demands and perform PMs or upgrades.
Test equipment for proper operation and safety.
