Job summary

RegO® Products is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diverse maintenance tasks at our Conover, NC facility. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 PM–4:00 AM with overtime as needed.

The technician will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment changeovers to meet production demands. You will read drawings, inspect equipment, and document findings while working with a team to minimize downtime and sustain quality.

Qualifications

• Five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plan corrective action.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment at proper intervals.
• Make corrections and running adjustments to maximize production and quality.
• Review production schedule and perform necessary changeovers or PMs.
• Test equipment for proper operation and safety.
• Examine, test, and measure product from equipment for quality specs.
