Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I for our Kansas City, MO property to assist with maintenance and make-readies. You will diagnose problems, perform general repairs, and support preventive maintenance programs while upholding safety standards.

Under supervision, you will work on HVAC systems, manage repairs of exterior grounds and common areas, and respond to resident requests to maintain move-in readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Use industry-specific technology to complete repairs and replacements in a timely manner.
• Complete maintenance requests and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-readies.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions to management.
• Share on-call responsibilities with the maintenance team.
