Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks an onsite Maintenance Technician in Manchester, IA. You will perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and related systems, troubleshoot issues, and document all work in accordance with SOPs and safety policies.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience, strong machinery knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a 1st shift role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machinery and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures.
• Troubleshoots and repairs electronic and mechanical problems on equipment.
• Maintains and repairs facility mechanical components and electrical systems.
• Performs machine repair and preventative maintenance per programs.
• Documents repair and maintenance work completed.
