Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Orlando, FL. You will resolve service requests, turn units for move-in, and help keep residents comfortable and safe using industry-leading maintenance technology.

You’ll be part of a responsive team, with opportunities to mentor others, work with varied trades, and participate in our development programs while supporting residents daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry)
• Read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members
• Turn apartments to move-in readiness
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
• Provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians as needed
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections
