Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents while maintaining a safe, professional work environment.
• Complete apartment turns to AIR quality standards and prepare homes for move-ins.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing components, basic electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems.
• Respond to resident service requests efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections when needed.
• Support vendor coordination and quality control efforts.
• Share knowledge and help develop less experienced maintenance teammates.
• Perform additional maintenance duties based on community needs.
