Job summary
AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in St. Petersburg, FL. You will perform turn maintenance, respond to service requests, and support residents with efficient, high-quality service.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).
- Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates.
- Follow process for basic apartment turns to ready units for move-in.
- Carry out resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
- May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
