Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Orlando to prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. You’ll help keep our communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

You’ll join a collaborative team with training, support, and access to the tools needed to solve problems and serve residents.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• On-call for emergency maintenance needs.
