CAF Management is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities onsite. You will respond to service requests, assist with turns and inspections, and troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues to keep the property running smoothly. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a hands‑on approach.

Qualifications include basic maintenance knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to learn. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with apartment turns, repairs, and unit inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Help maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Work with vendors and maintenance team to complete larger projects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory.
• Communicate clearly with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction.
