You will respond to service requests, assist with unit turns, and coordinate with the maintenance team to complete projects while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; Saturdays and on-call rotation available.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with apartment turns, repairs, and unit inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Collaborate with vendors and the maintenance team on larger projects.
• Ensure safety guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory.
• Communicate clearly with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction.
