CAF Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities on a full‑time, onsite basis. You will handle routine maintenance tasks, assist with turns and inspections, and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure safety and quality for residents.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a long‑term property management career.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work Saturdays and participate in on‑call rotation as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with apartment turns, repairs, and unit inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Help maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Work with vendors and maintenance team to complete larger projects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory.
• Communicate clearly with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction.
