Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents at The Retreat at River Bend in Oklahoma City. You will perform painting, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, and thorough cleaning to meet company standards.

The role supports the maintenance team, ensuring move-in readiness on schedule. A path to advanced maintenance roles is outlined with emphasis on reliability and cross-trade skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company-owned or personal vehicles for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
