Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician at The Retreat at River Bend in Oklahoma City to prepare vacant apartments by completing maintenance, cosmetic improvements and ensuring move-in readiness.

The role involves collaborating with maintenance and property management, performing painting, fixtures, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, and following safety standards. Full-time, day shift, on-site.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsabilidades

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community
