Job summary

RealManage, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Porter in Pawleys Island, SC to handle routine upkeep, inspections, and resident support. The role focuses on cleanliness, safety, and reliable service in community settings, with an hourly wage in the specified range.

The position offers hands-on work in common areas, event setup, and collaboration with a Maintenance Manager to uphold standards and customer satisfaction. A strong work ethic and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator certification.
• Previous maintenance or custodial experience is a plus.
• Basic maintenance tools and equipment knowledge.
• Physical tasks: lifting, bending, standing for long periods.
• Strong communication and customer-service attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Additional tasks may be assigned to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine maintenance tasks: minor repairs, painting, equipment upkeep.
• Inspect common areas and report issues to Maintenance Manager.
• Other work-related tasks as needed.
• Set up/break down furniture for community events.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and help facilitate repairs.
• Ensure tasks comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Report safety hazards to Maintenance Manager.
