Job summary

RealManage is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support HOA residential communities across our portfolio. The role focuses on exterior maintenance, preventative tasks, and general grounds work to keep properties safe, functional, and inviting for residents.

You will perform cleaning, power washing, basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and coordinate with supervisors to address repairs. A mid-level handyman background and the ability to operate standard tools are essential for success

Qualifications

• Mid-level handyman experience required.
• Experience with exterior maintenance and grounds work.
• Ability to perform carpentry, drywall, painting tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance/cleaning for the exteriors of 51 buildings.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance (mid-level handyman experience).
• Ensure completion of work orders using the work order system.
• Cleaning around clubhouse, restrooms, and pool area.
• Power Washer.
• General maintenance, janitorial, and grounds work throughout the Community Associations.
• Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures.
• Advising the supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues.
• Understanding of Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Gutters, Locks, Plumbing, and Painting a plus.
• Other work-related tasks
