AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Verona team in Littleton, CO. The role is on site at the Verona community, providing essential maintenance to keep homes move-in ready and residents comfortable.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform routine tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, supporting a fast-paced, service-driven environment. We offer competitive hourly pay, quarterly bonuses for customer service, rent discounts, career growth and

Competenze

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable mode of transportation for on-call emergencies.
• Comfort with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to ready units for next resident move-in.
• Troubleshoot and repair/replace plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality control and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team skillset and community needs.
