Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day weeks seasonally, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete apartment turns to ready for move-in.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, and appliances.
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Adapt to team needs, systems, and seasonal variations.
