AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work on-site at Lakeview at Gateway in Denver, CO. Compensation ranges from USD 24.00 to USD 27.00 per hour, with a potential for quarterly bonuses and a 50% rent discount at AIR communities. You will handle apartment turns, routine maintenance, and resident requests, with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to property upkeep across a dynamic, supportive organization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable mode of transportation for on-call emergencies.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for completion of basic apartment turns to ensure readiness for next resident.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance (troubleshoot/repair/replace plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
