Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or related field.

• Knowledge of safety standards and proper tool use.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues in community buildings, grounds and amenities.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartment homes and inspections.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance per policy and procedure.
