Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service on-site residential community needs in Covington, GA. You will handle work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to make-ready tasks for market-ready units.

The role requires routine inspections, tool usage, and strong customer service to support residents and uphold Greystar standards. A flexible schedule with on-call rotation is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience ok.
• Experience in property maintenance or building maintenance.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; safe use of tools.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders and diagnose issues.
• Complete make-ready and pre-move-in tasks for vacant units.
• Inspect grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas to uphold Greystar standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed; ensure materials compliance.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and stay within budget.
