Lexington Commons Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee mechanical and maintenance operations on-site. You will manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and staff scheduling, ensuring high-quality execution and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspections, safety compliance, budgeting, and coordinating bids for equipment and services. Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training is a bonus.
• Experience in property management preferred; mechanical aptitude in electrical/HVAC/plumbing.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules forReview and approval.
• Conduct daily inspections of the property to detect issues.
• Perform and supervise maintenance and unit turnover tasks.
• Organize, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff activities.
• Review work orders and prepare monthly maintenance reports.
• Manage contracted services to ensure safety and quality standards.
