Qualifications

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in an apartment community.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall maintenance of the community and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Supervise, train and support maintenance team members.
• Escalate major repairs to Community Manager.
• Maintain safety and compliance with housing laws and EPA/OSHA regulations.
• Schedule and conduct periodic maintenance inspections and unit turns.
