Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Vintage Square at Westpark, a 152‑unit senior community in Roseville, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires on-site presence, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some overtime potential.

A 2‑bedroom on-site apartment is provided at no charge. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance operations, supervise a maintenance team, ensure safety compliance, and manage work orders using an electronic

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Supervisory experience in maintenance (preferably in an apartment community setting).

Responsibilities

• Manages overall maintenance of the community and timely completion of work orders.
• Supervises, trains and supports maintenance team members in property maintenance and curb appeal.
• Keeps the Community Manager informed of major repairs.
• Maintains safety and compliance with Fair Housing, EPA/OSHA and related laws.
• Maintains inventory and enters purchase orders for monthly supplies.
• Schedules maintenance projects and coordinates with third‑party vendors.
