Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 93-unit Mayfair Court community in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will supervise maintenance staff and ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.

The role reports to the Community Manager and requires a Monday–Friday on-site schedule with occasional overtime. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $33–$34, with benefits including health, vision and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and a safe living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Report to the Community Manager and oversee maintenance operations.
• Coordinate overtime and on-call maintenance emergencies when needed.
