Job summary

Remington Ranch Apartments in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the mechanical and maintenance repair operations of the community. You will assign work orders, implement preventative maintenance, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality standards and safety.

The role is onsite with duties including daily inspections, managing schedules, and coordinating with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education/training is a bonus.
• Previous experience in the property management industry preferred.
• Mechanical experience and aptitude in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repair at a supervisory level.
• EPA certification and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair operations of community buildings and systems.
• Develop planned maintenance schedules and approve with Property Manager.
• Inspect property daily to detect issues and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Supervise maintenance staff, schedule shifts, and manage on-call duties.
• Review work orders, prepare monthly maintenance reports, and manage vendor bids.
