Job summary

RBM Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for Silver Station Apartments in Columbia, SC. Lead the onsite maintenance team, oversee service requests and preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, attractive community while coordinating weekend responsibilities.

The role requires leadership experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and relevant HVAC or CPO certifications. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the onsite maintenance team.
• Oversee service requests, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and property upkeep.
• Ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
