• 3+ years of multi-family maintenance experience required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure community physical aspects meet established standards.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff activities.
• Respond to on-call/after-hour emergencies.
