RBM Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for Silver Station Apartments in Columbia, SC. Lead the onsite maintenance team, oversee service requests and preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, attractive community while coordinating weekend responsibilities.

The role requires leadership experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and relevant HVAC or CPO certifications. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also needed to support operations.

Responsabilités

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the onsite maintenance team
• Oversee service requests, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep
• Ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained
• Troubleshoot and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general repair work
• Maintain curb appeal and community appearance standards
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed
• Be available for rotating weekend responsibilities

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• HVAC certification preferred
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while leading a team
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Knowledge of Fair Housing practices preferred
