Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our community in Temple, TX. You will oversee maintenance operations, handle service requests, and ensure safety standards while coordinating staff and vendors.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills. HVAC knowledge is a plus, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate work requests, plan preventive maintenance, and manage vendors.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and safety compliance.
• Maintain records of service requests and work orders.
• Assist with on-call emergency coverage at the community.
