Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor onsite in Allentown, PA to lead maintenance on the manufacturing floor. You will coordinate technicians, ensure safety, control break-ins, and ensure timely turnaround of equipment with CMMS and LOTO compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with Operations to protect the production schedule and deliver reliable equipment performance. A strong industrial maintenance background is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of maintenance experience with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead technicians in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of LOTO, safe work practices and industrial maintenance hazards.

Responsibilities

• Receive shift handoff and review equipment status and risks.
• Confirm technician attendance, skills, and daily assignments.
• Participate in daily meetings and communicate maintenance status and escalation needs.
• Coach technicians on troubleshooting, safe work, and job discipline.
• Spend majority of time on the floor supporting maintenance execution.
• Verify repair quality and ensure proper equipment turnover.
