Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of four years of facilities maintenance experience.
- Experience coordinating maintenance activities and contractors.
- Strong troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, building systems.
- Excellent communication with employees, contractors, and leadership.
- Ability to build relationships and support customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for critical facility systems.
- Use CMMS to manage work orders and asset records.
- Monitor system performance and propose improvements.
- Coordinate with internal resources and contractors.
- Support site emergency response and safety programs.
