Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5-10 years in planning, purchasing and logistics in a large manufacturing organization.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety regulations and PPE policies.
• Meet production standards focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Lead planning and purchasing team; manage inventory and MRO.
• Define supplier quality improvements; coordinate with QA and Engineering.
• Maximize on-time delivery; implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain ERP/MRP systems and reporting tools.
