Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Allentown, PA site. You will oversee daily manufacturing and warehouse operations, drive lean initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while leading a high-performance team.

You will develop associates, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing/warehouse team and develop associates to meet goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across operations.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, HR, finance and other departments.
• Oversee TPM, maintenance, and equipment effectiveness.
