Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an onsite Maintenance Technician in Clemson, SC to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and upholding Greystar’s high standards of appearance and functionality.

You will manage resident service work orders, coordinate make-ready tasks for vacant units, and supervise vendors while maintaining inventory and staying within budget.

Qualifications

• Diagnose causes of defects and perform repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling of vendors.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, signage, and common areas to Greystar quality standards.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with Community Manager to stock supplies and manage budgets.
• Participate in safety meetings and stay up-to-date on OSHA and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
