Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests and work orders
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and issues
• Maintain inventory and order supplies while adhering to budget guidelines
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically
• Supervise maintenance staff, provide training, and monitor progress
• Maintain records regarding service requests and compliance with EPA/OSHA standards
