RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper to maintain and improve community properties in Doral, FL. Typical hours are 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend shifts. Candidates must live nearby and have 2+ years in residential maintenance.

The role partners with the Maintenance Manager to ensure proactive care, safety, and a well-kept environment for residents of Doral Isles Community Association.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a residential community required.
• Experience with Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing, and Painting required.
• Experience with Cleaning, Locks, and Gutters is highly desired.
• Experience with Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC systems are highly desired.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English; bilingual is a plus.
• Must be a proficient problem-solver.
• Must know how to use tools and materials safely.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.
• Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.
• Drive association golf cart to respond to work orders.
• Installation and maintenance of drywall.
• Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings.
• Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns.
• Apply knowledge in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutters, locks, plumbing, and painting.
