TEKsystems in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Mailroom Clerk to support daily mail operations in a high-volume production environment. You will operate printers, mail inserters, metering machines, and other mailing equipment to ensure outgoing mail is processed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs with vendors, using print and mail tracking software, maintaining inventory, processing shipments, and collaborating with internal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mailroom experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn mailing, shipping, and tracking software.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work around loud machinery.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds when necessary.
• Ability to push equipment and supply carts weighing over 100 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must successfully pass a federal background investigation.
