ADUSA Distribution, part of Ahold Delhaize USA, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support building maintenance, lift shop, and sanitation within our York, PA distribution center. You will assist mechanics and technicians, handle work orders, and adapt to a flexible schedule in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service, communication, verbal and written skills.
Must meet production standards.
Ability to read and understand product identifiers (written & numeric).
Must work needed schedule to perform duties.
Warehouse environment with varying conditions (cool temps, concrete floors).
Able to use a personal computer for data entry/research.

Responsibilities

Perform basic building maintenance, lift shop, and sanitation tasks as assigned.
Assist Maintenance Department Mechanics/Technicians with work orders.
Adapt to required schedule for assigned duties.
Recommend procedural/process changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Ensure compliance with company safety and productivity standards.
