Excellus BCBS in Rochester, NY seeks a Production Mail Operator to support production operations onsite at Court St. In this role you will operate high‑speed mail equipment, perform insertion and sorting tasks, and ensure accurate metering and documentation.

Shifts may include day, evening, overnight, and weekend coverage with advance notice of changes. Under supervision, you will handle fulfillment duties, manage inventory, and collaborate with management to uphold privacy and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; background in mailing is helpful.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of production mail software and equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate high‑speed mail insertion equipment and verify envelopes are metered accurately.
• Perform manual and automated insertion per procedures and tickets.
• Sort, bundle, and stage mail for delivery; support presort and fulfillment tasks.
• Monitor inventory and report equipment issues; assist with deliveries as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in paperwork, documentation, and quality controls.
