Excellus BCBS in Rochester, NY is seeking a Production Mail Operator to support Production Operations. The role is onsite with varied shifts including day, evening, overnight, and possible weekend coverage.

You will follow documented procedures for mail insertion, metering, sorting, packing, and fulfillment. Level I and II responsibilities include operating mail equipment, preparing presort mail, managing inventory, and applying quality checks.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, vocational education, or GED required.
• Background in mailing is helpful.
• Ability to prioritize assignments, work independently and possess strong organizational skills.
• Valid Class D driver’s license and clean driving record may be required for some shifts.

Aufgaben

• Operate high-speed mail insertion equipment and ensure envelopes are metered accurately.
• Set up and operate mailroom equipment; handle fulfillment, pick and pack, and ship orders.
• Monitor inventory of mailing supplies and notify supervisor of needs.
• Act as a Level II SME for production mail equipment and software tools as needed.
