Responsibilities

• Prioritize mail to meet SLA deadlines.
• Communicate system issues to relevant departments and articulate problems clearly.
• Coordinate with Production/Vendors/USPS to plan large jobs and preloads.
• Review and submit manifest documents and present to presort vendors.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate tracking of all mail using production systems.
• Prioritize and manage workload within an 8-hour window; overtime allowed when needed.
