Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking a Loss Control Specialist to provide loss control services to clients within a defined region. Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent; minimum two years’ experience in safety and health.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to learn other applications.
• Valid driver’s license required for regular travel to client sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hazard assessments for clients and support underwriting decisions.
• Perform onsite safety surveys and client interviews to identify hazards and exposures.
• Develop customized health and safety programs and assist with implementation and ongoing compliance.
• Prepare written recommendations for effective controls to mitigate hazards and exposures.
• Coordinate with claims and risk management teams to ensure effective case handling.
• Travel domestically to client sites for on-site assessments and trainings.
