Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a highly organized Ship-In Coordinator to join our Sales Coordination team at the Blue Ash headquarters. This onsite role ensures equipment deliveries move smoothly from order to installation, coordinating with Sales, Service, dealers, logistics partners, and customers.

You will confirm schedules, track documentation, troubleshoot delivery issues, and keep projects on track from start to finish. Strong communication and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience using computer-based systems to enter, maintain, and track information.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of coordination throughout the equipment delivery and installation process.
• Review equipment orders, acknowledgements, ship dates, and delivery timelines to make sure everything is on track.
• Review incoming ship-in notifications and kick off the internal coordination process.
• Coordinate equipment delivery dates and times with logistics partners, dealers, and internal teams.
• Partner with our Service team to ensure a qualified technician is available when installation or delivery is required.
• Track documentation and ensure items are completed and closed.
