Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Engineered Solutions team in the Greater Cincinnati area.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and partner with Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and vendor teams to develop customized material handling solutions that improve space utilization, labor efficiency, and warehouse productivity. You will engage with executives to communicate ROI and strategic value, build strong client relationships,

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse/distribution operations and automation technologies.
• Must reside in Greater Cincinnati area and be willing to travel ≤25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Identify target customers and develop strategies to win new business.
• Partner with account managers and engineering teams to develop solutions.
• Meet with customers onsite to assess operations and opportunities.
• Engage with senior and C-suite leaders to communicate value and ROI.
• Develop system concepts, layouts, and detailed proposals.
• Deliver executive briefings and demonstrations.
• Build a strong pipeline across warehousing, distribution, and related industries.
• Support marketing through case studies and customer stories.
