Raymond Storage Concepts in the Greater Cincinnati area is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead complex, high-value warehouse automation projects from prospecting to close. You will partner with customers to understand operations and design material handling solutions that improve space utilization, labor efficiency, and productivity.

The role requires presenting to C-suite and engineering teams, developing concepts with engineering and vendor partners, and building a robust pipeline across multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse/distribution operations, manufacturing workflows, throughput calculations, storage systems, robotics, and automation technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Meet with customers onsite to understand operations and identify opportunities.
• Develop system concepts, layouts, and detailed proposals with engineering and vendors.
• Deliver presentations and executive briefings tailored to customer priorities.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across warehousing, distribution, e-commerce, and manufacturing.
