JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is hiring an On-site Lead Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Holland, MI. You will oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and movement of materials to support manufacturing projects and ensure shipments meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining inventory, and processing related documentation. A strong logistics background and ability to collaborate across teams are essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, material management or supply chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to obtain a Hi-Lo forklift license while employed.

Mansioni

• Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and movement of materials.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and tracking with carriers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material storage areas.
• Process purchasing, receiving, and accounting documentation.
• Collaborate with Build Team, Engineering, and Purchasing to resolve discrepancies.
